It takes only a few minutes to nominate a special volunteer, donor or fundraising executive for a 2008 Philanthropy Award but, for the award recipient, the recognition and memories will last a lifetime.

Nominations are being accepted in the following categories:

·         Philanthropic Corporation  

·         Philanthropic Small Business         

·         Philanthropic Group           

·         Volunteer Fundraiser 

·         Individual Philanthropist     

·         Youth Award        

·         Fundraising Executive

You must act fast! The deadline for nominations is Friday, June 6th, 2008. Simply complete the attached, easy to use form and send it back to the AFP Ottawa Office by email, fax or regular mail. Remember: The nomination process is now open to everyone, not just AFP members!
